Yuanmei's compressed air filter housing comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of any quality issues with the housing during normal use and maintenance, Yuanmei will provide free repair or replacement services.
The filter element is a consumable item and is not covered by the warranty.
Normal working condition:
It is recommended to replace the filter element every 6000-8000 hours or according to the pressure difference indicator prompt
Adverse working conditions:
such as high temperature, high humidity, high oil content, high dust, etc. The service life of the filter element will be shortened. It is recommended to shorten the replacement cycle according to the actual situation. The following factors can be considered:
*Oil content in exhaust of air compressor
*Environmental air pollution level
*Requirements for air quality of gas equipment
*Changes in Filter Differential Pressure
Yuanmei recommends that you choose the following maintenance service plan:
Regularly check the pressure difference of the filter and record the changes in pressure difference.
Regularly drain the accumulated water at the bottom of the filter.
Regularly inspect the filter housing and connections for leaks.
Provide filter replacement reminder service.
Includes all basic maintenance services.
Provide on-site replacement of filter cartridges.
Provide filter performance testing services and provide optimization suggestions based on the testing results.
Provide emergency repair services.
