Telephone technical support: Provide 7 * 24-hour telephone technical support to answer various problems encountered by customers during use.
On site maintenance service: For problems that cannot be solved by phone, we promise to arrange professional engineers to arrive at the site as soon as possible for repair according to the customer's location after receiving the repair notice.
Spare parts supply: We provide sufficient inventory of spare parts to ensure that customers can obtain the required components in a timely manner.
Regular Follow up Service: We conduct regular customer visits to understand product usage, collect customer feedback, and provide corresponding technical support and maintenance suggestions.
SERVICE COMMITMENT
- RESPONSE TIME
Upon receiving the customer's repair notification, respond within 30 minutes and provide a solution within 2 hours.
- ARRIVAL TIME
According to the customer's area, arrive at the site within 4 hours in the urban area and 8 hours in the suburbs. (Except for overseas, only mail-in replacement is provided).
- REPAIR TIME
General faults are repaired within 24 hours, and complex faults are repaired within 48 hours.
- DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD
free repair or replacement of faulty parts.
- OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY PERIOD
reasonable repair and accessories fees are charged.
