The function and installation of compressed air pipeline filters

1.DOMNICK HUNTER SYSTEM (UK)

WS grade removes 99% of large amounts of condensate and filters out impurity particles

AAR grade: for high-efficiency removal filtration of impurities removes 0.01 micron of impurities

AO high-efficiency: for general protection of precision filters for removing particles of 1 μm or more impurities and oil-water mixtures

AA grade high efficiency oil removal filter: can remove 0.01 micron particles of impurities (0.01ppm)

AX grade ultra-high efficiency filtration: can remove 0.01 micron particles of impurities and oil-water mixtures, and the optimal removal of the oil content of 0.001 mg/m3

AC & ACS grade activated carbon oil removal filters: activated carbon adsorption of particles of impurities, the amount of oil content (0.003ppm). (0.003ppm). Used in medical respiratory or compressed air indoors for emissions affecting staff respiration.


2.HIROSS system (Italy)

Q level: will filter out compressed air within 3PPM and impurity particles to 3MICRON and remove a large amount of condensate

P level: the compressed air will be filtered out to 0.5PPM oil and gas and impurity particles to 1MICRON

S level: the compressed air will be a small amount of oil and gas precision filtration to 0.01PPM at the same time, filtering out the air particles in the air to 0.01 impurities PPM to reach the high quality compressed air standard

C: This is an activated carbon cartridge, generally used to filter out odors in compressed air, and adsorption of very fine oil and ultrafine particles precision 0.003mg/m3, the use of the environment for medical respiratory or compressed air in the indoor emissions to affect the staff respiratory use.

 

3.SMC system (Japan) This is a commonly used system

AFF: the main line filter can remove 3μm particles impurities condensate

AM Oil Mist Separator: can remove 0.3μm oil mist particles impurities

AMD Micro Oil Mist Separator: can remove 0.01μm oil mist particles impurities

AME Super Oil Mist Separator: can remove 0.01μm oil mist particles impurities, the filter cartridge attached to the oil mist filter cartridge will change to red, for the The filter element will turn red when oil mist is attached to the filter element, which is the basis for replacement.


AMF Deodorizing Filter: This is an activated carbon filter element generally used to filter out odors in compressed air, and adsorption of very fine oil and ultrafine particles, accuracy of 0.01μm, the use of medical breathing environment or compressed air indoors to do the emissions affect the staff respiratory use.

Of course, domestic producers also have their own precision filter cartridge fine grading definition, for example:

 C - main line filter: can remove a large number of liquids and more than 3μm solid particles, to achieve the minimum residual oil content of only 5ppm, with a small amount of moisture, dust and oil mist. Used in air compressors, after the after-cooler, before other filters, for general protection; used before the cold dryer, as a pre-treatment device.

 

T-Air Line Filter: It can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1μm, and reach the minimum residual oil content of only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before class A filter; after cold dryer and suction dryer to further improve air quality.

 

A-ultra-high-efficiency oil removal filter: it can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01μm to reach the minimum residual oil content of only 0.001ppm, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. It is used before H-class filtration and suction dryer to play a protective role, and after cold dryer to ensure that the air does not contain oil.

 

H-Activated Carbon Filter: Removes oil mist and hydrocarbons as small as 0.01μm, with a minimum residual oil content of only 0.003ppm, free of moisture, dust and oil, odorless and tastelessk Last filtration for units where high quality air must be used, such as the food industry, respiratory, aseptic packaging.

 

Class F9 - Main Line Cartridge:Removable and washable stainless steel mesh core with centrifugal force 10U or larger solids and liquid particles, replaceable glass fiber completely filters 3U or larger solids and liquid particles, gravity carries moisture to the bottom of the filter and removes the residual content of oil mist 5ppm.
