Common problems with air filters

Question 5: How to remove the oil or water inside the filter? There are many kinds of drainage methods for filtration, which are commonly used for introduction:

Manual drainage type: there is a manual valve at the bottom which needs to be manually discharged periodically.

Self-draining type: there is a float-type drainer inside the filter which will be automatically discharged when the water fills up to a certain level, but it is easy to fail after mixing oil and water.

External automatic drain: from the bottom of the manual valve installed another automatic drain, the same float-type drain when the water is full to a certain level will be automatically discharged, but the oil and water mixing is easy to fail.

Differential pressure type: when the system pressure relief filter internal differential pressure thimble will rise, at this time the water will be discharged. But if the pressure state has been full water level can not be discharged.

Others such as timed solenoid valve type, timed electric ball valve type, motor type, detection level type...etc..
