Primary Materials for Internal Diffusers in Adsorption Dryers

The lower end cap is made of stainless steel, while the upper end cap is cast aluminum. Stainless steel is the primary and most commonly used material. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand the internal working pressure of the dryer, and has a long service life.

Cast aluminum: Primarily used in dryers operating under medium to low pressure conditions. This material is lightweight, has good thermal conductivity, and its corrosion resistance can be enhanced through surface treatment.
